Today I got a surprise gift from a friend. It couldn't have come at a better time.
My friend lives on the other side of the country. We used to be in regular contact via email and chat. I have found it very difficult for the last year or so to keep up contact with people - illness, responsibilities, mood swings etc. I am very, very pleased that she made contact again.
My friend TeAnne is a talented artist. I have a great collection of her Killer Teddy ACEO and ArtX2 paintings. I wish I could afford one of her larger works.

- I love Celtic design, Egyptian design, Art Nouveau and Symbolism and grainy, textural black and white photography. I love to work with precious metals and gem stones. I paint in oils in large format (and sometimes in miniature) and in water colour in small format and I really enjoy drawing in water colour pencil. I make hand made books and albums and enjoy phtography. I live and work in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney in NSW, Australia, have 4 dogs and 3 cats (who are all my pride and joy), 8 fish (and 15+ babies) on a third of an acre of tangled rampant plant growth that I would like, one day, to call a garden.
